Wellness Consults
Discussing lifestyle approach, guidance on personalizing your existing exercise routine, ergonomics advice, and self-guided home programs to find ways to reduce pain, fatigue, and stiffness.
We will discuss current fitness style, injury history, future goals; A visual assessment of posture and gait; Movement assessments: joint range, stability, muscle length; Personalized training plan formulated to address your needs, including a list of exercises, and detailed instructions.
Local referrals available as needed for physical therapy, massage therapy, chiropractic, and acupuncture services.

For company or group offerings please contact for more information. Office courses may include- group mat classes, Ergonomics in Motion classes at the desk, ergonomics assessments, or injury prevention and stretching presentations.
Workshops available including continuing education units (NPCP CECs) for certified Pilates Teachers.
